Report Expiring Passports Function
We are pleased to inform you that employers can now generate a report from the Expat Management System –EMS that will give them more details about the passports’ expiry dates of their employees.
The Employer needs to login using his user name and Password, go to the main menu on the left and click on “reports”.
this report will show all active applications for expat employees who hold passports expiring in 6 months or less as follows:
Note that:
- If the CPR field highlighted in Light Red then Passports expiring in less than 15 days.
- If the CPR field highlighted in Light Orange then passports expiring between 15 and 30 days.
- If the CPR field not highlighted, then passports expiring within 6 months.
