Re-activate your Authorised Persons every six months
Dear Client,
In order to protect your transactions with LMRA, we need you to confirm the persons that you have authorized with LMRA and their authority levels on your establishment in our system.
We need you to confirm that those authorized persons are representing you and acting on your behalf (applying for new visas, renewing or terminating visas, paying invoices etc…)
Those persons authorized on your behalf (employees , clearing agencies etc…) will be able to see your CR or Unit number through their login screen but it will not be active and they will not be able to click on it or do any transactions , until you have personally confirmed their authority.
The authorized persons’ confirmation is required starting from 21st of December 2010, and periodically every 6 months from the account creation date or the last confirmation date. It will only take you less than 2 minutes to complete this process online.
To be able to perform this task, kindly ensure that your own online account and password with LMRA are active.
Process and Requirements
- The easiest and best way to do it is online through the system, by logging in with your own user ID and Password.
- If you do not have an online account or if you need to change your e-mail address registered in the system, you will have to visit our customer service counters (With your original CPR card) who will create an online account and password for you (you need to have an active e-mail address).
- If you have an account and did not use it before or you have forgot your PIN please call our call center Tel: 17 50 60 55 (Sundays to Thursdays from 7.30 AM to 3.00 PM) to resend the pin to your registered email.
- Offline confirmations through the customer services counters in LMRA (you will have to visit our counters once every 3 to 6 months to reconfirm).
How to do the confirmation online:
Once the responsible person logs into the system and if he/she has one or more authorized persons due for confirmation the login page will be automatically direct him/ her to the authorization confirmation page, the responsible would have the choice to either confirm or remove the authorization by selecting the relevant button (click on it), then click on “Submit Confirmation”.
Once the responsible confirms the authorized persons they will be active and can perform their transactions immediately otherwise they will not be able to perform any kind of transactions on your behalf.
For confirmations through the customer services counters in LMRA you will need to:
First: Provide a signed Re-Activate Authorised Persons Form.
Second: Provide a copy of the your CPR or Smart Card, as well as a copy of the CPR of each person you will authorize or confirm (Two Sides)
Third: Once our customer service officers establish your identity and receive your signed forms they will manually deal with your confirmation and enter it in the system.
