To help you with this step we have created an online tool that is easy to use:

1. Scan all required documents using your normal scanner software and save them on your desktop.
   Tip: Scan as a grayscale between 100 and 150 DPI (dots per inch) and make sure you only scan the document without the blank space around it.
2. Use the below online file preparation & processing tool by clicking on “Select Files” to select your files / images, the tool will then automatically resize them for you.
3. You can upload and process up to 5 files at once in each queue (each time you “Select Files”).
4. Save the processed files back to your desktop (You may wish to replace your old files).
