Decision No. (72) (2007) Regarding Amnesty for violations to the Labour Regulation Act.

The Minister of Labour, the Chairman of Board of Directors of Labour Market Regulatory Authority:
After perusal of Act No. (19) (2006), with regard to regulation of the labour market,
And Decree NO. (75) (2006) With regard to the formation of the board of directors of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority,
And Decision No. (2) (2006) with regard to the appointment of the Deputy Chief Executive of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority,
And upon the presentation of the Deputy Chief Executive, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority,
And after the approval of the board of directors of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority,
Decided as follows:
Article (1)
The attached Amnesty Guide, hereby, shall come into force.
Article (2)
The fees for issue and renewal of work permits, currently collected in accordance with ministerial decrees, shall continue valid, save in accordance with the Act regulating the labour market.
Article (3)
The Deputy Chief Executive Officer shall implement this Act, and it should be published in the official Gazette.
