Decision No. (51) (2007) With Regard to Authorization of Some employees of Labour Market Regulatory Authority to act as Judicial Enforcement Officers

The Minister of Justice and Islamic Affairs:

After perusal of the Criminal Procedure Code, issued by virtue of Decree “Act” No. (46) (2002) and in particular Article (45),
And Act No. (19) (2006) with Regard to the Regulation of the Labour Market, and in particular Articles 1, 3, 3/7, 34.
And on the basis of the accord with Minister of Labour, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Labour Market Regulatory Authority,

Decided as follows:

Article (1)

The under mentioned employees of Labour Market Regulatory Authority shall be authorized to act as judicial enforcement officers with reference to crimes under their jurisdiction in violation to Act No. (19) (2006) with Regard to the Regulation of the Labour Market and its regulations and implementing decisions:

  10. Hussain Juma Al Markhi 
  11. Ebtihal Abdulameer Ashoor 
  12. Raed Hassan Ali 
  13. Ahmed Jamsheer Fairooz 
  14. Jasim Mohamed Hussain 
  15. Mohammed Yousif Al Afoo

Article (2)

This Decision shall be published in the formal gazette and shall be implemented as from the second day subsequent to publication.
