ACT NO. (19) (2006) WITH REGARD TO
THE REGULATION OF THE LABOUR MARKET
We Hamad bin Isa al Khalifa, the King of the Kingdom of Bahrain,
After perusal of the constitution, The Penal Code issued by virtue of Decree No. (15) (1976) and its amendments, The Labour Act, with regard to employment in the Private sector, issued by virtue of Decree No. (23) (1976) , and its amendments, The General Budget Act issued by virtue of Decree No. (39) (2002), And After the approval of the Shura (Consultative) Council, and the Council of Representatives, We have Ratified and Promulgated, the following Act:
