Foreign workers in Bahrain can check their legal status via the mobile phone.
Send an SMS of the word CPR and your CPR number as below

to the following numbers

and you will get an SMS from LMRA with your legal status.
Each SMS costs 50 fils.
eg: If your CPR number is 123456789 send the following, CPR 123456789
